9 Reasons You May Weigh Too Much

You eat for too many hours a day.

Well, maybe.

A meta-analysis of 19 studies concluded that limiting the hours you eat — a strategy called intermittent fasting — can help people lose pounds and regulate their appetite. But, as the research accumulates, it’s not clear that the strategy works better than any other method of limiting your intake.
