Mercy Regional / Acadian Medical Rehabilitation Centers provide a full range of traditional and specialized rehabilitation services for people of all ages. Our highly skilled therapists provide individualized, one-on-one care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and developmental conditions. We specialize in both surgical and non-surgical rehabilitation and are experts in improving mobility, strength, and function.

Outpatient Rehab includes general physical and occupational therapy for orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. 

Inpatient Rehab includes Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies on an inpatient basis. Therapy is available up to 6 days a week during hospital stay, based on patient needs and therapist recommendations. 

Surgical Services

Mercy Regional Medical Center's Surgical Department features three Operating Rooms and two Procedure Rooms for minor procedures.

The Surgery Department is open daily Monday - Friday for elective procedures and 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week for emergent procedures.

All nursing staff is PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified.

MRMC provides the latest procedures with top-of-the-line technology and equipment. The Surgeons of Mercy Regional Medical Center represent specialties such as:

• Endoscopy (Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, & Stretta)
• Anesthesiology

Radiology Services

Our Radiology Services are available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. We have an in-house board certified radiologist daily from 8 am to 5 pm as well as teleradiology services available after hours.

All of our technicians are registered ARRT (American Registered Radiologic Technologists).

• All diagnostic procedures (radographic/fluoroscopic)
• 16 slice CT
• Nuclear Medicine studies
• Digital Mammography
• Ultrasound (vascular, echo, abodmen, pelvis, etc.)
• In-house MRI

Cardiology Services

Mercy Regional Medical Center is proud to provide advanced cardiac and vascular care through our Cardiac Catheterization Labs. Catheter- based techniques allow doctors to see the heart and blood vessels to determine the best treatment. 

We are pleased to announce this new cath lab at our Mercy campus to further help cardiology patients in our community. Our highly skilled team of board-certified cardiologists use these minimally-invasive procedures to more accurately diagnose and treat your heart. This means a faster recovery and relief from symptoms without traveling farther from your home for treatment.

Laboratory Services

The Laboratory Department at the new Mercy Regional Medical Center provides laboratory services for both inpatients and outpatients. Under the direction of a board-certified Pathologist, the Laboratory is in operation for 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

Completed Laboratory Reports will be faxed and/or mailed to your physician's office as soon as possible.
