Our Emergency Team includes board-certified Emergency Physicians and Certified Emergency Nurses (R.N.s). Our lead physicians and physician assistants are certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support. All our medical staff members hold certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. The medical staff maintains proficiency and on-going education in the areas of cardiology, pediatrics, trauma, and various other avenues of emergency medicine. Staying current in different areas of treatment and intervention allows our team to provide quality care to our patients.
Providing Up-to-the-Minute Care
Upon arriving at the Emergency Department, each patient is assessed and evaluated by a Registered Nurse to determine the urgency of the illness or injury. The most critically ill or severely injured patients will be seen immediately. All patients will be seen as soon as possible depending on the volume of patients receiving care at that time.
