Our rehabilitation services include, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, as well as Cardiopulmonary Rehab.
Grant Memorial Hospital employs qualified Respiratory Therapists who work closely together with doctors and nurses to help treat patients with a multitude of pulmonary complications such as Asthma, Emphysema, Bronchitis, Viral Infections, Pneumonia, Chronic Lung Disease, Congestive Heart Failure and other related disorders. Respiratory Therapy is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Grant Memorial Hospital Emergency Department is staffed with qualified emergency physicians and medical personnel ready to provide safe and quality emergency care to our patients and family/caregiver when needed. All staff receives on-going education in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and trauma care.
We are staffed 24 hours a day by skilled technologists that are certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as well as the state of West Virginia. Our radiologists are provided by PRO Radiology and are board certified by the American College of Radiology. Grant Memorial Hospital is closely affiliated with PRO Radiology and Advanced Diagnostic Radiology to provide our patients with direct access to comprehensive state-of-the-art advanced imaging.
Grant Memorial Hospital offers a full range of laboratory testing, using state-of-the-art equipment. Our laboratory, which prides itself on accuracy and speed, is available around the clock to support patient care in every area of the hospital. A full range of laboratory tests is available to meet the needs of our patients, medical staff and referring physicians to correctly diagnose and treat each patient who comes to Grant Memorial Hospital.
Grant Memorial Hospital's Pharmacy Department places a priority on providing high quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a safe and efficient manner. We maintain a well-stocked formulary under the direction of registered pharmacists to provide a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services which are provided 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, with staff on site 8 hours a day.
